Rachel’s purpose is to “Inspire and develop purposeful leaders who then RISE to empower many”. Her mission is to create a global business that brings coaching, leadership and entrepreneurship programmes to life in communities, corporations and across continents.

A dynamic corporate HR career coupled with commercial business sense and an internationally recognised coaching credential spans fourteen years and three countries -  Aotearoa (New Zealand), United Kingdom and Middle East. Culture, corporations and communities are bought together in her strategies to empower leaders in business and society. Rachel’s strong indigenous Māori identity combined with global commercial know-how is what makes her unique.

Returning to Aotearoa, New Zealand in 2015 Rachel was a finalist for the 2016 global category of Westpac Women of Influence and a KiwiBank Local Hero, New Zealander of the Year recipient. A 2013 recipient of the Young Women Leader award from The International Alliance for Women in Washington DC is a tribute to her purpose. A Mentor for the Cherie Blair Foundation Mentoring Women in Business programme connects her with mentees in countries like Malaysia.

New Zealand Māori of Waikato-Tainui descent, London city slicker for eleven years and a transformational period in Qatar, a country boasting the fastest growing economy and highest GDP in the world. Married to John with six nieces and nephews their families all reside in Aotearoa (New Zealand). Rachel was inspired by her mother and two grandmother’s, as her role models, to pursue her Dream Big goals and live a full life.
