I believe that everyone has a story to share and my story is one I love to share. For as long as I can remember I have been surrounded by Orators. As an indigenous woman of Maori culture born and raised in Auckland, New Zealand public speaking, performance and singing is part of our identity. We stand to acknowledge, welcome, farewell and celebrate those who cross into our lives, We stand to fight for what we believe in, justice and equality. We stand for those who may not have a voice, yet are worthy of being heard. We stand together, we move as a collective. We call this Kotahitanga. My story has taken me around the world as I share my dreams, challenges and successes to inspire and motivate a movement of indigenous talent to step up and lead their families, communities, corporations and countries into a thriving abundant life. RISE2025 is a global coaching and leadership movement for 100,000 indigenous women and girls to be trained and recognised internationally as world-class coaches and leaders of positive change.
