#rise2025 participants gain international recognition as an Associate Certified Coach
Upon completing the following requirements, you will receive an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential from the International Coach Federation (ICF). The RISE2025 programme includes everything you need:
- 8 days of face-to-face training time
- 200+ hours of time commitment over 12 months
- 7 hours of online group mentoring
- 3 hours of 1-2-1 coach mentoring
- 100 hours of coaching in community, whanau, teams, business over 12 months
- 3 hour online coach knowledge assessment (CKA)
- You require 70% to pass the CKA

Who are the women in charge?
Rachel Petero brings her entrepreneurial talent and coaching expertise alongside her strong identity with Tainui-Waikato to the table of global organisations. In June 2015 she returned to Aotearoa from Qatar with her husband John after 15 years abroad in the UK and Middle East. Rachel successfully led award winning Talent and Leadership and Gender Diversity transformation programmes for Graduates, Women and up to Board level in multiple industry sectors. On 23 November 2015 in the West Foyer of Parliament she will launch #rise2025 coaching and leadership for indigenous women alongside her first of many clients Maori Women’s Development Inc. #rise2025 is a ten year global strategy to positively impact 100,000 indigenous women and girls by 2025.
Jeanine Bailey works between Qatar and Australia and brings with her International Coaching Federation (ICF) accredited coach, Institute Leadership of Management (ILM) accredited trainer, Extended DISC (behavioral profiling) accredited provider, Appreciative Inquiry (facilitation process) accredited and NLP Master Practitioner. Jeanine is a consummate professional with a deep appreciation for all cultures and trusted partner of RP Enterprise Group Ltd.
Jeanine has over 20 years professional experience working with multi-national, blue chip, influential organizations in Qatar, UK and Australia as an executive and life coach, trainer, facilitator, communications consultant, business development manager, marketer and recruiter across a variety of industries, professions and cultures. She is the co-founder of Empower World, a coaching and leadership company in Qatar.
